Abstract

There has iong been a contrast between an crent and new (neo’ in the realm of literature among Arabs, being initiated in Amawid reign and intensified in Abbasid period. Nowadays, it is manifested in the form of traditionalism and modernism, then in the category of message delivering, especially in neo-poetry (modern poetry).
In fact, tradition and modern, ancient and new con not be devided , and an man of letters, in his modernism, is forced to return to his culture ad past. Those poets who had declaved the departure from the past, once again dealt with it, and confessed that a poet and a man of letters is offspring of past and present.
The matter of message - delivering has existed since old times, and we note that Arabic language has l the capacity of message delivering in Islamic periods and today. This language
has encouraged Arabs to make renewal and modernization in the dopth. of language and meanings, and put an equal importantce on content and form, in order that Arabic language may have the capacity of message delivering.
