Since Koran descends from heaven, the Muslims paid attention to research about Koran’s miracle. They believed that Koran in Rhetoric and eloquence aspects is in the highest degree. But in The third century AH, a new theory about Koran’s miracle produced and became famous to Al Sarfah issue. The first person that this theory attributes to him was Ibrahim ben Sayyar Al Nazzam. Followers of this theory believed that Arab’s inability in creating a book similar to Koran is due to that God prevented them from disagreement with Koran and not related to its specific properties such as miracle, rhetoric and eloquence. Many of the Muslims differed in opinion with this theory and tried to reject it. We study and criticize mentioned above theory in this research.
